Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping and import duty?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their associated prices.

 

If you order products from outside for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

 

How long does delivery take?

An order is normally shipped the next business day and delivery times vary depending on the service you chose and were you are located, the checkout page will show these available options to you. Post covid shipping times can vary slightly.

 

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

If you have provided a valid email address when placing your order you will receive a dispatch email from us. In the likely event of a delay in dispatch, we will contact you immediately.

 

What if I am unhappy with the quality of the product I have received?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product please email hello@reju-wellness.com immediately with details of your complaint, including a photo of the product where possible.

 

I no longer want these products, can I return them?

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item please contact us on hello@reju-wellness.com within 7 days on receipt of your order. It then it may be returned within 30 days of receipt providing it is in its original packing unused/ unopened and in a re-saleable condition – Please be aware we will not refund your order if it is not returned in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item and not the original postage or indeed the cost of the return postage, this is in accordance with the distant selling regulations. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value, and you should be able to provide proof of returning ie tracking reference or courier consignment number etc. Nothing within these provisions shall affect your statutory rights.

 

What Payment methods to do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit / debit cards and PayPal.

 

How do I know your checkout is secure?

Our site is secure and your personal details are protected. All payments are processed through a secure server by Stripe Payments. All transactions are highly encrypted and your card details are never passed on to any other party.

 

How will I know if my order has been successful?

Following your order submission, you will be directed to an ‘Order Success’ page. If you are still unsure, check your email for an automatic order confirmation email.

 

What if some of my items are out of stock?

If any of our items are out of stock we will keep you updated and inform you as soon as your order is dispatched.
