How do I know if I need a dietary supplement?Unfortunately todays food mass production and commercially grown vegetables, fruit and grains that we are eating today have significantly lower nutritional content than these foods had even just 30 years ago. This is why we recommend everyone to include some clean greens, Pea protein plus, a good multi vitamin or pure nourish into there daily routine. In regards to master or cleanse products the label states what area each product supports and help clenase. Alternately check out just-good-juju Youtube channel as I give more details there.

What can I expect from Coaching? My fundamental approach to every client is that you are creative, resourceful and whole. You do not need âfixingâ, and have all the answers you need already inside you. My job as a coach is to co-create with you a safe, non-judgmental and creative space with you where you can re-find those answers. Holistic transformational coaching tends to go deeper than many other coaching approaches, which is why I believe it is so effective. Together, we work to uncover and remove the limiting beliefs, habits and blocks holding you back so that you can move forwards into a more authentic way of being. Once you have begun this work, you may well find that it is much easier to set and achieve your goals, feel happier , healthier and back in alignment with your purpose once again.

Is coaching really worth it?While there are no definitive answers, many people have found that working with a coach can help them make meaningful progress towards their goals. Coaches can provide valuable insight into your strengths and weaknesses, help you identify areas for improvement, and create personalised strategies for success. They can also provide the motivation and accountability needed to stay on track.

Who do you usually work with?Every client is unique, but here are some of my clients and the themes I have worked on with them: - A Creative Solopreneur had created half an online course and got stuck. Together we worked through the blocks and limiting beliefs holding her back, and created a marketing plan and a deadline for the launch, which she met. - A Yoga Teacher who wanted to create a physical and online teaching space. We visualised the end goal and created the look, feel and values of her brand and then broke down the steps and suppliers she has to get on board to help her create her project. - A late-diagnosed ADHD designer wanting to start his own creative ventures identified procrastination as the key obstacle stopping her from achieving. He identified the triggers for her procrastination and created an anti-procrastination toolkit to help her move forwards. - A successful property agent came to coaching feeling frustrated, bored and stuck in their life. They knew that they needed to identify and - tap into a more authentic way of being if they were going to be happy going forwards but had no idea where to start. We worked on finding their creativity and identifying their unique skills passions and life purpose.

Do you use coaching tools?Yes, often. I work particularly with tools which stimulate your creative thinking, such as metaphor; creative visualisation and narrative. I also work with core values and strengths; life ratings and more. If we are working on making a plan, we might work together to make a timeline, or use a tool called Future Pacing, for instance, to reverse a creative plan for a particular project. I always fit the tool to the client, not the other way around!
-
What is your coaching style?I am non-judgmental, intuitive, person-centred and warm. I also promise to challenge you to help move you forwards, if that is what is needed. I engage in coaching supervision and self-reflect on all my coaching sessions. Iâm always seeking to improve my coaching, to make the sessions as powerful as they can be for you.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy? While being a one-to-one, client-led, holistic approach to personal change, coaching is not the same as therapy. Therapy offers an opportunity to work through trauma and past or present pain. Similarly, counselling also creates a space for the client to express or work through whatever is troubling them. Coaching on the other hand, is future-focused and solutions-driven. It refers to the past only to uncover and work with the limiting beliefs and blocks that might be holding you back from achieving what you want. I will always discuss with clients if it becomes clear that what they need is more suited to a therapeutic healing space and can recommend many wonderful practitioners.
