POWER HOUR

1-hour session /1-hour one-time one-on-one session £120

A one-hour intensive session where in the first half we look over your health or other areas of your life that you wish to change or need guidance on. In the second half of this session, I will give you verbal feedback and identify the area and steps you need to make to reach your goal, and create change and healing in your life. After the session I will send you a customised wellness plan and supporting documents if needed.

RECLAIM YOUR GLOW

3 hours / 2 weekly one on one sessions with one follow-up £300

The first session is where we look over your health, and mindset and identify areas of your life you wish to change. In the second session, we look at your goals and ‘reverse engineer’ and physically map out the steps you need to do to reach your particular goal. The third session is a follow-up where we can see if and where things are working and make tweaks to the plan if needed.

DIVE INTO THE DEEP

6 hours / 6 weeks of one on one coaching £600

In this course of sessions we can really deep dive into your life overall, or focus on making a radical change in one particular area in health, mindset or life/ business. We will develop clear goals and action steps. Work on overcoming your limitations, beliefs and behavioural patterns that might stop you from reaching your desired outcome. 6 weeks is a perfect amount of time to start to see notable changes in wellness if health is your focus and marked changes in other areas we focus on.

UNLOCK YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL

12 hours / 3 months of weekly one on one coaching £850

In this course we can identify any area of your life that you would like to improve or any goals you want to achieve We then will map it out, develop steps and build an emotional and practical holistic toolkit to get you there. This personal toolbox can consist of recognising and working with your weakness/ strengths, your personal values, and your inner purpose. We will also look at your daily habits from nutrition, limiting beliefs, boundaries and other self-development practices to unlock your true potential.

DESIGN YOUR LIFE

24 hours / 6 months of weekly one on one coaching £1680

An ongoing self-development mentorship where we can look at all areas of your life, mindset, wellness, business and life purpose or focus solely on one area like creative business development. We will set goals, and make roadmaps, take action and I will be there every step of the way as you transform into your new consciously created life.

WHAT WORKS FOR YOU

We then work out together how many sessions you may need to be able to action these changes and book in a custom amount of sessions needed. Unlike the Power Hour there is no follow up or customised wellness/ life plan or supporting documents sent.

After an intake questionnaire and a one-on-one virtual consolation where you tell me your health biography, how you are feeling and where you are at in work, life, and your mindset. I will work with you and teach you how to use a combination of applicable therapies to help any chronic health issues you might have and I can also guide you to become the best person of yourself.

With my background as a Creative Director along with all of my Holistic qualifications and skills I design and create highly individualised transformational plans and roadmaps to get you from point A to point B in a way that works for your individual body, soul and mind.

As your life and wellness coach, I will listen to you like you have never been listened to before. I will help you to tap into your power and own resources and employ your innate creativity and inner knowing to find the answers you need.

Via ideally a series of structured creative conversations we will work together to pinpoint what it is you want to change: name your goal: uncover the thoughts that are stopping you to reach it and make a detailed action plan.
